Needlab

Needlab aims to explore the interaction between nature and technology, between traditional craftsmanship and digital fabrication. Needlab will focus on unveiling new ways of creating a dialog between local materials, social practices and environmental forces. Following the motto “act local, think global”, will work in different countries. These locations experimented based on the same research agenda will allow us to withdraw conclusions and broaden our learning about architecture; to be part of a bigger picture.
