Speak Catalan x SABDA - an afternoon in Catalan.
On Sunday 23 August we’re teaming up with Speak Catalan to practise Catalan, move, and meet new people, using the whole SABDA space: the immersive room with its 360° projections and spatial sound, the café and the terrace.
We start with a yoga class in Catalan in the immersive room, followed by activities to break the ice and get talking naturally throughout the venue. And to finish, an ice bath on the terrace for the brave.
Whether Catalan is your language or you’re just learning, it’s a relaxed space to speak without pressure and meet people who want to do the same.

Speak Catalan x SABDA - una tarda en català.
Diumenge 23 d’agost ens unim a Speak Catalan per practicar català, moure’t i conèixer gent nova, aprofitant tot l’espai de SABDA: la sala immersiva de projeccions 360° i so envoltant, el cafè i la terrassa.
Comencem amb una classe de ioga en català a la sala immersiva, seguida d’activitats per trencar el gel i parlar amb naturalitat per tot el venue. I per acabar, un bany de gel a la terrassa per als més valents.
Tant si el català és la teva llengua com si l’estàs aprenent, és un espai relaxat per parlar sense pressió i conèixer gent amb les mateixes ganes.

This Friday we’re taking the immersive wellness concept down to for the first time.
Here’s everything that will happen:
Immersive Yin and Sound Healing, 18:30 to 19:30, sound going straight into your ears through headphones. Then a skincare workshop with , a granola bowl, a drink and a few surprises.

Aquí es o que haremos:
Yin Inmersivo y Sound Healing, de 18:30 a 19:30, con el sonido directo a los oídos a través de los cascos.
Después, un taller de skincare con LAB(B) Cosmetics, un bol de granola, una copa y alguna sorpresa más.
