SPEKTRAL

The beats run through his veins. This son of a DJ – his father was a well-known DJ in Barcelona in the 70s – seems condemned since childhood to dedicate himself to music in its most intelligent club aspect. Fran García is Spektral, a DJ and producer from Igualada, Barcelona, who since the late 90s has been developing a solid sound career, in the fields of techno – with influences ranging from Detroit to Birmingham – and high-octane underground house. Its sound wanders between the track and the steel. Barcelona and Madrid have witnessed how Spektral has been acquiring its own style – forceful, sharp and with personality – which, added to a refined technique with vinyl, has led it to star in fast-paced and anabolic sessions in the best Spanish clubs such as Row14, La Cova, KGB, Florida 135, Specka, Sala la Vaca or internationals such as Tresor (Berlin), Inqbator (Katowice) Barka (Krakow) BBC (France) Bunker (Hannover) Club Brooklyn (Asashikawa. Jp), Baly by 3b, After bali (Playa del Carmen) Vinilbox, Historico club (Cdmx), Cactus Beach club... In In 2011 he founded his own label Underground Family Records in which, to date, he has published songs by artists such as DJ Pepo, Sintoma, George Privatti, Marco Piangimone and David Moleon among others. His own productions as Spektral have been released by labels such as System Recordings, Valvula Records, Pild Records, Voodoosoul records, Ibiza Music, U.M.A Music Awards, Mazzinga Recordings, Punkation, Infinitech, Fade Up and have been charted and played by artists such as / Umek , Cristian Varela, Joris Voorn, Du art, Fatima Hajji, dj Fronter among others.
