SUBMON

El 𝘎𝘰𝘣𝘪𝘶𝘴 𝘣𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘪 o Gobio de Bucchichii es una especie de de tamaño pequeño a mediano que se encuentra en el Atlántico oriental y el mar Mediterráneo. 🌱🌊 Prefiere aguas costeras con sustrato arenoso o fangoso, con parches de fanerógamas marinas o charcas de marea, a profundidades de entre 1 y 30 m. 🦀🐚 Su dieta consiste en pequeños crustáceos, gusanos, moluscos y algas.

Pueden vivir en asociación con 𝘈𝘯𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘢 𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘴 o común en aguas someras. La relación con la anémona parece ser comensal (el gobio se alimenta de las presas capturadas por la anémona) más que una verdadera simbiosis, ya que la anémona no se beneficia de la presencia de los peces.

🌊🌿 Protecting coastal ecosystems requires collaboration between local communities, public institutions and environmental organisations. 🇦🇱 In Shkodra, Albania, stakeholders gathered last April to discuss environmental stewardship strategies for the Buna River-Velipojë Protected Landscape, one of the Adriatic’s most important ecological corridors.

The meeting, organised within the framework of the European project Coastrust, explored how collaborative governance and stewardship agreements can support biodiversity conservation and the long-term management of coastal, river and wetland ecosystems.

As part of this process, SUBMON contributes to the project through its experience in marine and coastal stewardship methodologies, collaborative conservation and stakeholder engagement developed through its work in Mediterranean environments.
