JUM

JUM! emerged at a birthday party as a project for three friends to have a good time, from there it evolved until it consolidated into a rock duo, which in 2018 released its first album. Meri, sound technician, guitarrist and vocalist, is the composer of the songs, and Javi, meanwhile, is a recording technician, direct technician, music producer and professional ex drummer: tired of setting up and breaking down kits during the years now plays virtual drum “aerodrums” with JUM! In this, their new work "everything is only in your head" we can find not only songs in English, as they had done until now, but also a song in Spanish and another in Basque.

JUM! Urtebetetze festa batean sortu zen, ondo pasatzeko hiru lagunen proiektu gisa, Hortik eraldatzen joan da gaur egun den rock bikotea bilakatu arte. Meri, Soinu-teknikaria, gitajolea eta abeslaria da, eta Javi, bere aldetik, grabazio-teknikaria, zuzeneko teknikaria, musika-ekoizlea eta bateria jole ohia da, perkusio-tresna guztiak urteetan muntatzeaz nazkatuta, JUM! -en aerodrum edo bateria birtual bat jotzen du, teknologia hori zuzenean erabiltzen duen mundu mailako talde bakarrenetakoa da. JUM!, proiektuaren izena jatorrizko hiru osagaien inizialetatik dator, baina zerbait gustatzen ez zaionaren edo haserretzen denaren soinua adierazten duen onomatopeia izateagatik ere aukeratu zuten.

2018an, izen bereko lehen diskoa kaleratu zuten, eta berriki argitaratu berri dute beraien bigarren lana, « Everything is only in your head » izenekoa.
