We can take any moment in any day, to look around us, to feel Mother Nature's abundance! Breath in the AIR that cools us, bathe in the WATER that quenches our thirst, feel the FIRE that warms us & on which we cook our food, walk in the EARTH in which we grown our crops, on which the animals & insects live, feel The SPIRIT of the Universe! Blessed be The Elements for with out them we are nothing!
Take that moment and BREATH! Now isn't that better?! 🌊🔥🌬🌿🤎🌞🪐🌙🌜🌚🌛
Join us for circles, cacao ceremonies, sound therapy & journaling
