Here’s what we made:

Fresh Salads

* Tabbouleh – A fresh parsley salad with tomatoes, onion, fine bulgur, lemon juice, and olive oil.
* Fattoush – A mixed salad of fresh vegetables with crispy toasted pita bread, sumac, and a tangy pomegranate dressing.

Homemade Mezza

* Mutabbal – A smoky roasted aubergine dip with tahini, lemon, and garlic.
* Beetroot Hummus – A vibrant hummus made with roasted beetroot, chickpeas, tahini, and lemon.
* Muhammara – A rich dip of roasted red peppers, walnuts, and pomegranate molasses.
* Eech – Crispy fried bread filled with a seasoned Mediterranean cheese mixture.
* Kishkeh – A traditional creamy yogurt-based dip with herbs and aromatic spices.

From the Grill

* Beef Burgers – Homemade grilled beef burgers served fresh from the grill.
* Shish Taouk – Tender chicken breast marinated in yogurt, garlic, lemon, and Mediterranean spices, grilled on skewers.
* Shuaf – Premium grilled beef skewers made with fillet mignon and entrecôte, seasoned and flame-grilled.
* Arayes – Grilled pita bread stuffed with seasoned minced beef, herbs, and spices until crispy and golden.
