✨ 𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀 — 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 💫

I’m creating a series of workshops bringing together different practices I’ve been studying, practising and sharing for more than 20 years — combining 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Each workshop will have a different focus, but the idea is always the same: to give you time to slow down, move your body, calm your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll explore 𝗧𝗮𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗶, 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗤𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, together with some simple Taoism principles.

🌔As the Moon temporarily covers the light of the Sun, we are invited to turn inward — to pause, listen, and notice what is ready to change.

This eclipse in Leo brings the energy of the heart: authenticity, courage, creativity, self-expression and the freedom to shine.

- An elevated open terrace/viewpoint around Marbella/Ojen with an unobstructed western horizon

⚠️ One very important thing
Don't look directly at the Sun without proper ISO 12312-2 eclipse glasses during the partial phases.

When things fall apart...
We are so used to try to save it, to fix it. Just to keep it the way it was.

Looking at my little frustrations for the last few weeks... My washing machine broke - a landlord bought me a new one with a function to dry. My gate remote broke - 2 days and I got a better one.

The same with relashionships, jobs, any changes... our brain is too scared to step in a new UNKNOWN, just because it feels like a risk.

But the art of letting go, an open mind and a high frequency to attract (and see!) all the positive outcome, all new opened doors - 💯 works!

It's like seeing a bigger picture, a divine meaning instead of fighting and saving an old structure you don't resonate with anymore... Right ?

Soon I will be on looong well-deserved vacation 😄 If you have been postponing your treatment - it's time to Recharge (bookings are open until 24th of June)
