📦 August came and went, but did your test setup keep up?

Since August 1, the 2018 version of ISTA 6-Amazon.com Over Boxing is no longer accepted for new Amazon Prep Free Packaging (PFP) submissions. Here's a quick checklist to see where you stand:

✅ Dunnage: Are you using manual kraft paper only (max. 12" wide, 30-50 lb basis weight)? Air pillows and mechanically crumpled or auto-dispensed paper are no longer allowed.
✅ Multi-product shipments: Are you accounting for Hazard Products? These standardized packages represent neighboring items in the over box, and Amazon built them from its own order data, so your testing scope may have grown.
✅ Lab approval: Is your certification being done at an APASS-approved lab? Not every packaging lab qualifies.
✅ Timing: Certified before March 2026? Your one-year window for reports based on the old version is already running.
