Access the best holiday rentals in Puerto Pollensa DIRECT FROM THE OWNERS on www.bellresguard.net
LUXURY FAMILY HOLIDAYS
As a reaction to the high charges levied by dominant “middleman” companies that have come to dominate the global holiday rental market, a group of owners in Puerto Pollensa’s finest residential area have joined forces. Our website offers a selection of licensed, privately owned, self-catering apartments in Bellresguard direct from the owners. As well as reducing the cost, direct contact improves communications and protects travellers form the “computer says no” attitude of so many large companies. We provide access to this wonderful residential complex, where there is everything you need for a joyful luxury family holiday.

To recap...
BELLRESGUARD is a gated residential complex near to the Pine Walk. Villas and apartments are set in quiet, mature gardens with wildlife ponds and swimming pools. A few of the owners have obtained licenses and now make their luxury apartments available for holiday rentals through a website, Bellresguard.net
It is perfect for family holidays and for quiet adult breaks during term time. You rent direct with the owner, and costs are reasonable because there is no "middleman" to apply charges, take commissions, or add fees.
