Lunch at Las Redes in San Vicente, super good seafood and Pedro has a w**e list full of 💎 ! The Palo Cortado was off the charts, crazy how underpriced these w**es are, followed by a delicious bottle of Albariño from Fulcro. Worth a day trip from Olmares. A veces el vino puede ser realmente mágico: cuando abrimos esto y lo probamos, estábamos a punto de tirarlo por el fregadero, el vino parecía cansado, delgado, polvoriento y sin encanto. Afortunadamente, no lo hicimos, ya que 3 horas después, el vino se transformó por completo, con hermosas frutas dulces y especias: ¡cachemira en una copa!

sometimes w**e can be truly magical - when we opened this and tasted we were close to pouring it down the sink, the w**e seemed tired, thin, dusty and charmless. Luckily we didn't as 3 hours later the w**e completely transformed, with beautiful sweet fruit and spice - cashmere in a glass! **e

This restaurant is an absolute gem, great w**e list and some of the best fish this side of Tokyo! Zero fancy fuss just superbly fresh fish roasted to perfection over wood embers. El Rey is a must! Gracias to Abel and Chema for a great day!
