CoopSkills aims to foster a culture of lifelong learning by creating new pathways for adults to develop their skills and adapt to a changing labour market.

Inspired by UNESCO’s “Learning Cities” initiative, the project introduces the concept of “Learning Companies” — to open up new learning pathways for adults, especially those who are unemployed, underemployed, or transitioning from declining sectors

CoopSkills brings together municipalities, chambers of commerce, businesses, and training centres to create “Learning Companies” that promote inclusive learning, strengthen digital skills, and support personal and professional growth.

As Europe moves towards a greener and more digital economy, the project seeks to empowers individuals to grow, adapt, and find new opportunities in a more sustainable and digitally driven economy.

By connecting learning with real workplace needs, CoopSkills helps individuals reskill, stay adaptable, and build pathways towards more sustainable and inclusive employment. 🌱💡

🌿 Building a greener, more sustainable future for tourism in Albania! 🇦🇱

The stunning Albanian landscapes and sceneries and the affordable prices attract more and more travelers every year. However, this can present several challenges for the tourism sector, especially regarding sustainability.

Albania Circular tourism, an Erasmus+ project that focuses on building capacities within Albania’s tourism sector, aims to drive a transition toward a more resource-efficient and environmentally friendly tourism industry. With a strong emphasis on education-business collaboration, international exchange, and vocational training, the initiative enhances the capacity of tourism professionals to implement sustainability-driven solutions.

By aligning with EU and Western Balkans Green Agenda priorities, CIRCULAR TOURISM ensures Albania is well-positioned to manage its increasing tourism demand while maintaining ecological and economic resilience. This initiative is a crucial step toward sustainable tourism development, fostering long-term industry growth and improving Albania’s attractiveness as a destination.

Together, these efforts support the transition towards a more resource-efficient, environmentally friendly, and resilient tourism industry in Albania. 🌍

🌊 Building skills for a sustainable blue future!

Blue Economy Labs supports sustainability, innovation, and development across maritime sectors, from fisheries and tourism to conservation. Bringing together organisations from Colombia, Chile, Germany, and Spain, the project strengthens cooperation between vocational education and training institutions, training centres, schools, and industry.

The project equips the next generation of ocean professionals with the knowledge and skills needed for sustainable fishing, coastal management, and other Blue Jobs, while promoting gender equality and the responsible use of marine resources.

By fostering cooperation between Europe and Latin America, Blue Economy Labs contributes to a more sustainable and inclusive Blue Economy and helps prepare learners for the green and blue jobs of tomorrow.💙💚

☕🍽️📲 Quines competències necessita avui una persona que treballa en hostaleria?

El sector va molt més enllà del servei a taula. Sistemes de reserves en línia, comandes digitals, sostenibilitat, atenció a diferents perfils de clients, coneixement de vins, cafès o tècniques de servei són només alguns exemples.

A MICROIDEA, aquestes competències es treballen a través de microcredencials específiques, pensades per adaptar la formació a les necessitats reals del sector.

La inclusió digital també passa per entendre la llengua.

Per això, el projecte eMATES combina aprenentatge lingüístic i competències digitals a través de materials pensats per a situacions reals: demanar cita al metge, buscar feina, utilitzar el transport públic o comunicar-se amb l’escola.

A DomSpain continuem treballant perquè l’educació d’adults sigui útil, accessible i connectada amb les necessitats de la nostra ciutat.

⚽ Building a more inclusive future through sport, volunteering and intergenerational connections!

Many older adults want to remain active, socially engaged and involved in their communities after retirement, while grassroots football clubs often face shortages of volunteers and support. SILVER GOALS aims to bridge this gap through a digital matchmaking platform that connects older adults with football clubs and volunteering opportunities suited to their skills and experience. 🤝

From mentoring and event support to administration and logistics, the project creates meaningful ways for older adults to share their knowledge and experience while staying active and connected. By bringing generations together through sport and volunteering, SILVER GOALS promotes active ageing, reduces social isolation, strengthens grassroots football and builds stronger local communities where everyone has a role to play. 🌍

Who is EU-ALMPO for? We build Al-powered tools specifically designed for policy makers, public employment services, academic researchers, and labor market actors. Our target is to bridge data insights with institutional practice to create smarter, highly targeted, and deeply inclusive labor market programs across the EU.
