We have created this page to find loving homes mainly for the" less" (in social standards) beautiful and slightly disabled kittens.
Unfortunately they are always overlooked, but deserve the same, if not more, love! We are a registered charity, that is putting lots of our own funds together, to help cats and kittens in finding homes for them; giving them medical treatment and also neutering as many stray cats as possible, so there will be less abandoned or killed kittens in the future. We also care for blind, paralysed, chronically sick kittens and cats, that have no chance to be adopted and require more daily attention and medication. With so many special needs cats and kittens, our vet bills are always very high. We don't receive any government funding and rely completely on kind people's donations. With the help of our friendly and like-minded vets, we hope to improve the situation of the cat population in this area. If you would like to help our work, you can donate through:

Lovely old boy Benji 💗, sleeping in bed, feeling loved and safe.
It is hard to believe that it is the same cat, that I took from the streets, just at the end of July.
You can see the difference.
He also lost somehow his home and family but lived on the streets at least a year. The stress of trying to survive lowered his immune system and in the summer he developed severe allergy to some environmental factors.
Now, being an indoor cat, all has cleared.
Benji was extremely lucky, that my posts asking for a home for him were shared a lot and a lovely lady Sandra saw him and wanted to give him another chance
Rakker is doing what he loves best - eating, and Molly still does what she loves best - hiding.
I am really concerned about these cats.
Rakker is still on the antibiotic for his nose, but is much better. Molly's eye is also better, even though she did not want to take medication in her food. The eye is clearing itself with time.
It's almost three weeks now and I wonder if there is anyone who could offer these two cats a home.
Molly still needs work on her confidence but seeing Rakker so relaxed, I am sure she will eventually come out of her shell.
Please share them to find them a home, because time is passing and soon they will be in the same situation as when they were after their owner passed away.
Unfortunately Jean Pierre did not leave any money especially for the purpose of making sure that his beloved cats will be looked after well.
And the family member who got everything, what Jean Pierre owned, does not care about his beloved pets.
I suppose we all tend to think, that we will have time to sort things out, but as we see here, this might not always be the case.
Please share these two cats to find them a home, where they can spend whatever they have left , feeling safe and looked after.

The difference when a dog is mistreated and when is loved.

Three and a half years of Pepi living a happy life all dogs should have - with love, care and respect.
Thank you Christine and Kieran so much for giving him all that.
Every time I see his pictures, I have tears in my eyes..
From happiness for Pepi, but also from sadness, what his life was like before and from knowing, how many dogs are mistreated everywhere in the world and never rescued... 😥

Rakker is making a great progress in getting used to such a big change of life circumstances. He eats very well - knows how to ask for more food if he wants more 😍, uses his tray ( at the beginning both cats were very confused and so scared, there were many accidents everywhere :( ).
Unfortunately he did not react well to the antibiotic - he got diarrea, so we stopped it at the moment and he is getting only anti inflammatory medication. We will see how his breathing will be afterwards.
Molly however is not doing too well yet. Most of the days she is in her hiding place, coming out for short trips to the living room in the night. She eats in the night a little.
It will take much longer for her to break the fear. I remember when Jean Pierre used to tell me how close Molly became to him.
When Millie had her kittens on the solarium, Molly did not want to come out of the bedroom.
Amazingly few months later she brought Rakker with her. Must have been love 😊
Rakker was most likely also abandoned, because he made himself at home straight away. Jean Pierre was sending me pictures of him feeling so comfortable there.
Molly also was abandoned, because she started coming to the restaurant near the golf course to look for the food.
Nobody was looking for her. 😥
Both cats were very lucky and found their best place to live then, and now, almost nine years later, they lost their loving dad and their home. Very sad.
We can ´ t do much more - they have everything at the moment to survive the difficult time and they also have safety of a home environment, which is very important.
They need time and patience. Danii and Isa are doing their best to give them all that they need.

This is how bad Rakker´s cough became from the stress of change. He also sneezes more and his nose has mucus running out.
He eats very well though, which is great, but yesterday he started antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication.
Rakker looks older than 9 years old. He is also a very big cat compared with Molly.
He is more relaxed though. Poor Molly is still mostly hiding in the kitchen cubboards and coming out for a short visits to the living room in the evenings.
These cats definitely are not ready to be adopted.
Imagine what would happen if they would be thrown into the colony of feral cats, without having any safety.
Danii and Isa are doing such a great work looking after those two poor babies, that lost their dad and their home in such a short time.

Only when Dobby sleeps, his mum Shenah is able to do something tiptoeing around the house. Just like having a baby in the house🤣. Because when the boy is up...nothing can be done 😊.
He is too energetic and all over the place.
Five months old now, a big difference from the five weeks old injured and seriously ill kitten.
He survived on the streets alone and survived the operation against the odds.
With your help of course we were able to pay for the very expensive operation 💗.
Dobby is a very special little boy for sure.
He definitely knows what he wants.
Thank you Shenah for being such a caring mummy for him and for the updates. So lovely to see him growing up happy.

The dogs face... 🤣. "I did not sign up for this !".
Since last Tuesday Molly and Rakker, the two older cats that suddenly lost their owner and very quickly their home, were living in the appartment of a girl Danii, who does pet sitting.
When Danii is in people´s homes, looking after their pets, her sister in law Isa stays in the appartment, looking after Molly and Rakker, so the two cats are never alone.
Rakker, after the initial shock of the change, adapted fast. However, he got cats flu symptoms from all the stress - sneezing and coughing frequently - so this week I will try to arrange, that he will get a medication for that.
Molly unfortunately took the change of life circumstances very hard. She was hiding all that time, eating very little.
This morning I woke up to a video that made me very happy - Molly ate well last night and came out to the living room. After some time she even let Isa touch her.
What a great relief. I was worried about the poor girl. I knew from what Jean Pierre used to tell me, that Molly had a very close bond with her dad. It was surprising, that she let Rakker come and stay in their home as she never liked any cats around her home.
Those cats, who are so close to their owners, often can get ill, when they lose their humans and homes. I think the fact, that there are no other cats in the house now and there are always people around, made the process much easier for them. It would be very different, if they would be in a place with more cats around.
I am very very happy, that I found Danii. And a big thank you again to everyone who helped me get the money, to be able to keep those cats in her place.
It´s a home from home feel for these poor babies and this makes the transition easier for sure.
We still have at least three weeks there. Isa is working all the time to give them as much time and love as they need.
