Once a rescue center is forgotten, or others scream louder, donations and adoptions slow down. A lot! The rescue dies…

Please, react to our posts, and share them. Without you, Tanamera will not be able to survive and rescue dogs.

Can we ask you to SHARE at least one post per day? We invest so much time in the dogs, but our time online is very limited because of this (we have no office, marketing team and are not influencers… ).

Really, sharing takes 1 second. You don’t have to get up at 6 like us, do vet runs, volunteer or clean kennels 😉 It’s no effort!!

How is that possible? Social, healthy, suitcases packed!

Is she too old? (Only 9! My Marley lived to 15 years, 11 months!!). Is it because dogs with only 3 legs are less wanted?

Today, we said goodbye to our best friend Marley. He started to really struggle getting up and, proud as he was, he hated this. Our vet has just put him to rest in the comfort of his own home, in my arms. He died in peace and proud.

Coco not feeling well, which is as expected ofcourse. These surgeries sound easy, but it IS major surgery.

Lots of sleeping, and she seems to like living in the house. Perfectly housetrained so far too!

Coco is back at the shelter ♥️ Her surgery went well, she has extra secure bandage for a few days, and from tomorrow the ‘lampshade’ collar too.

Arjan will be sleeping on a matress at her side / on the floor tonight, lots of cuddles and comfort coming up for Coco!!!

Our Bollywood night is back, and this time we wanted to help Nepal. Half of the proceeds will be donated to help those affected by the floods.

Why? Because we have seen the devestation in Valencia 2 years ago, the desperation, the pain. In Nepal, they are now facing the same (but bigger scale). In a country with less infrastructure, less safety nets (like insurance) and more geografical challenges! They need us!

I remember how Durga (owner Kathmandu restaurant), his lovely team and the Nepalese Samaj Association helped and fed people after the Valencia flood. Now, it is our turn to help Nepal.

Together we stand 💪
