We had so much fun tasting and trying the wine and understanding the process of wine making! We tried the grapes, saw the barrels and had some traditional Spanish food as well 🫒🍋

“Estar a la luna de Valencia” literally means “to be under the moon of Valencia.” The expression is believed to come from the days when Valencia was surrounded by walls and its gates, including the Torres de Serranos, were closed at night. Anyone arriving too late had to spend the night outside, left “under the moon of Valencia.” 🏰🌙
