We advise on the line and we don't advise to stand in the circuit 🤣

Fail to Prepare, Prepare to Fail 🤓
Fitness for riding motorcycles can be achieved in many ways but there are CRUCIAL aspects that have to be considered. Strength, Muscle Endurance & Cardiovascular Fitness have to be taken care of and as a qualified CrossFit coach and perfectionist, I always made sure I was as fit as I could be. TODAYS R4R TIPS 📢 Want to ride relaxed, smooth but fast & in control? The body position is key 🔑 Look how alike the body position is between Marc Márquez & Gino Rea who both challenged at the front of this Moto2 race. The bum position is half-off the seat with the upper body relaxed but to the inside of the motorcycle, with the head forward towards the screen. The lower body & bum position allow the feet and legs to contact correctly with the tanks and footpegs- we'll explain that in detail later on our website along with other explanations of why this works and about other unknown tips & tricks.
