We bring innovative design, high-quality 3D visual renders, and creative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic digital marketing lead to elevate our brand, showcase our portfolio, and drive client acquisition through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Showcase & Content Strategy: Plan, curate, and post architectural project renders, walk-throughs, construction progress, and design concepts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling captions and visual stories around studio philosophy, spatial design ergonomics, and project milestones.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Run targeted Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google ads to generate qualified real estate and architecture client leads.

Analytics & Growth: Track campaign performance, profile engagement, and conversion metrics to refine marketing approaches monthly.

Key Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of proven digital marketing or social media management experience (experience in real estate, architecture, or interior design marketing is a major plus).

Tools: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools (CapCut/Premiere), and basic Google Ads management.

Visual Taste: A keen aesthetic eye suitable for architectural and spatial design presentation.

Portfolio: Applicants must submit a portfolio or links to social media accounts/campaigns they have previously managed.
