ሬዲ-ሚክስ ኮንክሪት በግንባታ ቦታ ላይ የማፍሰስ ሂደት፤ ኮንክሪቱን በትራንዚት ሚክሰሮች (transit mixers) ማጓጓዝን፣ በፓምፕ ወይም በቀጥታ ወደ ፎርምወርክ (ቅርጽ) ውስጥ ማፍሰስን፣ በአግባቡ ማመቅን (compacting) እና ጥንካሬውና ጥራቱ የተጠበቀ እንዲሆን የላይኛውን ገጽታ የማስተካከል ስራዎችን ያካትታል።
