Demo on vuonna 2003 perustettu fine dining -ravintola. Sisäänkäynti K. A. Fagerholmin kujalta.
Antaumuksellinen, käsityönä tehty ruoka ja lämmin palvelu ovat tuoneet meille Michelin-tähden jo 18 vuodeksi peräkkäin. Ravintola Demo vakiinnutti paikkansa Suomen, Pohjoismaiden ja Maailman huippuravintoloiden joukkoon, kun se sai ensimmäisen Michelin- tähtensä vuonna 2007, vain neljä vuotta avaamisen jälkeen. Ravintola Demo luottaa skandinaaviseen tyyliin, käyttäen klassisen ranskalaisen keittiön menetelmiä luodessaan joka päivä muuttuvan päivän menun. Ravintola Demolla on erityislaatuinen viinikellari, joka kätkee sisäänsä intohimolla valittuja viinejä. Lisäksi tarjoamme juomasuosituspaketin, johon olemme huolella valinneet jokaiselle menun ruokalajille sopivan viinin.
45-paikkainen ravintolamme tarjoaa upeita elämyksiä ja mahtavia makuja rentoon ja välittömään palveluun yhdistettynä. Restaurant Demo has established itself as one of the top restaurants in Scandinavia, Finland and the World when it gained its first Michelin Star is 2007, only 4 years after opening. Restaurant Demo has designed an innovative style to Scandinavian cuisine, by using traditional French cooking methods to create am ever evolving Set Menu experience. Restaraunt Demo has an impressive Cellar w**e list with the option of a Classic European w**e pairing with each course. With a 45 seater Restaurant, Demo creates an DEMOcratic, exclusive dining experience for all.

Restaurant Demo and Tommi Tuominen welcome four stars of Nordic gastronomy for a singular evening dedicated to the world's most magnificent ingredients, and the chefs who know how to interpret them.
Five extraordinary chefs, each creating their own course for an unforgettable ten-course menu where the finest ingredients take centre stage:
Christian Nurup, Bach & Nurup (Denmark)
Henrik Jyrk, Tamashii (Denmark)
Nicolas Min Jørgensen, TRI (Denmark)
Timothée Nadaud, AIRA (Sweden)
Tommi Tuominen, Demo (Finland)
The evening is crowned by a collaboration with Engros1920 and Antonius caviar, featured throughout the menu.
Seatings at 18:00 and 19:00. Menu 339 € per guest, drinks separate.

Lunch this week, and a couple of quiet doors closing on the calendar.
Come up for a long lunch Tuesday to Friday: four or six courses, an hour or two well spent. A heads up though: our lunch service is closed for private events on Tuesday 22 September and Friday 2 October.
Thinking of a private event of your own? The room is yours with the full view and the full kitchen. Up to 50 guests. Get in touch and we'll take it from there.
