We want to thank everyone who took time to answer to our 2024 customer satisfaction survey! 🤗

The survey was conducted in November-December, and the responses highlighted long-term customer relationships, as over half of the respondents have been with us for more than ten years. According to the survey results, the NPS (Net Promoter Score) is 69, indicating that we have succeeded in our mission to enhance our customers’ businesses. 🤩

We also received feedback that will help us develop our functions even further. We will be in touch with those who requested contact during the beginning of the year! ✉️
