paradise rich in ancient stories, tradition and culture. Through the medium of live music and dance, VOU (meaning new in Fijian),
is the blending of old and new, traditional and contemporary.
Today marks the 400th show for the Fijian Flying Circus and to celebrate this milestone here at the Brisbane Festival , in front of thousands of people throughout this tour, is truly a blessing.
This journey would not have been possible without each and every one of you who has stood behind us, cheered for us, shared our stories, bought a ticket, and believed in what we’re building.
Here’s to 400 shows and many, many more to come.

From dancing in front of HRH Princess Angelika Lātūfuipeka Tuku’aho of Tonga, to Hon. Filimoni Vosarogo , Fiji’s Minister for Lands and Mineral Resources, Wallabies legend Henry Speight , world class circus athletes from Cirque du Soleil , Fijian Drua star Teti Tela and the list goes on!
Let’s just say… our tribe is growing day by day here at the Brisbane Festival.
And we’re officially HALFWAY THERE!
Halfway through our run and counting down to our final show here at South Bank Piazza.
Brisbane, vinaka vakalevu for showing up, showing love, and becoming part of our tribe.
Still plenty of magic, mana and siba left. Come experience it before we say moce!
We recently saw VOU's Fijian Flying Circus on its first Australian tour. A joyful, breath-taking evening we'll never forget.
The show is still playing at the Brisbane Festival until 4 October, and we cannot recommend it highly enough!
