We’re dropping our 8-Week Complete Hybrid Challenge at BoxFit HQ, designed to build a serious engine while adding real strength across all your compound lifts. 
This isn’t just a lifting program with random runs tacked on, or a running plan with a few weights thrown in. Every session is programmed so your lifting supports your running and vice versa.

Here is how the 8 weeks look:
• The Format: 6 training sessions a week, 1 session per day. 
• The Split: 3 lifting days and 3 running days.

Whether you have a hybrid event coming up or just want to get ridiculously fit, this block is built for you.

🏆 Kadia: 1st Place – Women’s Masters 1 U76kg Category; Overall Women’s Masters 1 Award.

🏆 Riya: 1st Place - Women’s Open U52kg Category; Overall U52kg Award.
