Responsibilities:

Assist in Hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling of staffs.
โ
Maintain inventory of all needed supplies and prepare orders for low inventory stocks.
โ
Research and source high-quality, cost-effective ingredients. Manage supplier relationships.
โ
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
โ
Analyze cost & losses to cut waste and maximize profitability.
โ
Maintain high-quality food standards. Assist in researching for new menu and improving the quality of the existing menu.
โ
Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
Qualifications:
โ
Bachelorโs Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Hospitality, or related field.
โ
With 3-5 years Supervisory Experience, especially in a Multi-Cuisine Restaurant.
โ
Strong leadership, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
โ
Ability to work under pressure, including weekends and holidays.
