The Empowered Kitchen is on a mission to help you get hours back in your week, still cook great food and reduce your food waste! I offer meal prep cooking classes to help you consistently plan to meal prep each week so you can save time and money cooking while reducing your food waste. You can take cooking classes for yourself, with your family, a group of friends, or for a couples' date night.

I am an American and married to a local beekeeper! 🍯 This means you’ll get to tour the farm, taste the honey and meet other locals in the food scene in and around Chartres.

I'd love to have you join us. This class requires making the dough ahead of time, but I walk you through it. Otherwise you can simply watch the class and make the buns later.

We had a fabulous time on our French culinary retreat in September. So many laughs! Everyone went away feeling like a little family. It was a wonderful group.
