Mark Lower and Dyanna Fearon reunite on “Came To Dance”, following their previous collaboration “Endlessly”, this time taking things firmly to the dancefloor.

Directly inspired by the late 70s disco and funk sound, the initial idea for the track came to Mark while listening to Skyy's “Let's Turn It Out”.

From there, he brought those influences into his own signature sound, building the track around a driving bassline, disco and funk-inspired production, live guitars by longtime collaborator Charles Delecluse, and a hypnotic melodic hook that gradually builds in intensity.

Dyanna's vocal celebrates the pure joy of going out to dance.. no wine, no highs, just
good vibes, a dancefloor and the right music.

Built around the instantly memorable “we came to dance” chorus, the track marks a much more club-focused reunion for the pair: joyful, energetic and rooted in the spirit of classic disco and funk, while firmly grounded in modern house.

I first met Thomas almost 20 years ago.
I was only 11 years old and somehow ended up opening one of his DJ sets. (Yes... legally 😂 My dad actually had to get special permission from the local authorities so I could perform.)
Ever since that day, Thomas has been much more than a friend.
He's been my mentor.
He's the one who taught me how to make my own music.
We've released a few tracks and remixes together over the years, but this is actually our first collaboration in almost a decade.
It was Thomas who suggested revisiting « The Real Thing » by Tony Di Bart !

The story behind this track goes back to late 2014.

A few months after the release of Bad Boys Cry, Andrew and Mike from Nervous Records invited me to be part of a tribute compilation dedicated to the legendary Sound Factory club in New York.

Among the songs proposed for the project was “Like A Prayer”.

And honestly… there was no way I could say no.

Madonna has been my biggest inspiration since childhood. I saw her live for the first time in Paris during the Drowned World Tour in 2001 when I was 6 years old, and I’m pretty sure that night changed my life forever.

So years later, getting the chance to reinterpret one of her most iconic songs felt very special.

Almost 11 years later, seeing this version still growing and reaching 8 million streams is pretty incredible.
