The latest TSplus Remote Access release focuses on improving the everyday experience for both administrators and users.

With v19.50.9.22, we've introduced:
✅ Broader Windows compatibility
Support for the latest Windows Server 2012 R2 updates and Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2 preview updates.

✅ A more reliable Web Application Portal
Improved application assignment handling, clearer error messages when application servers are unavailable and fixes for misleading session alerts.

✅ Stronger Web security
FIPS support for RDP style security, alongside additional security improvements.

✅ A smoother administration experience
Fixes for AdminTool, client downloads and graphical display issues in certain connection scenarios.

The objective is to keep remote access dependable, even as operating systems, applications and IT environments change.

Earlier this week, our Corporate team came together in Lyon, France, for two days away from their usual screens, meetings and remote conversations.

And what better place to do it than high above the city, from the iconic Radisson Blu Hotel Lyon?

Our quarterly meeting started with presentations from the TSplus leadership team, followed by an inspiring session with Christophe FARGIER, founder and CEO of Ninkasi , who shared his entrepreneurial journey and experience building and managing a growing organization.

✨ But one of the highlights came on Day 2: 2 minutes. 2 slides. 1 success.
Each of our 40 colleagues took the floor to share one achievement from the year.
Development, Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Academy... Different roles and different stories but plenty to learn from each other.

And because a corporate meeting should also be about the people behind the work, these two days included a few memorable moments: team photos, a mixology and tasting workshop at Ninkasi, a birthday celebration for our Finance Director Mounia ZINBI... and even a surprise visit from TSplus Santa and Mrs. Claus for the employees' children. 🎅🎁

Two days to share, learn, celebrate and reconnect as one team before heading into the next chapter of 2026.

⭐ Trust over presence
TSplus operates 100% remotely. Not as a response to Covid, we were already working this way long before.

Over the years, it has taught us something important:
• Remote work isn’t about seeing people work. It’s about seeing work move forward.
• An online status doesn’t tell you how productive someone is.
• What matters is whether teams understand where they’re going, know what’s expected and have the autonomy to get there.

That requires a different approach to management:
✅ Clear objectives instead of constant supervision
✅ Trust instead of monitoring presence
✅ Regular communication between teams
✅ Intentional moments to reconnect, online and in person: team building, events, lunches, weekly virtual coffee breaks in Teams where the whole HQ staff can share insights about their lives or habits are just a few small ways TSplus staff stay connected to each other.

Of course, remote work has its challenges. Communication takes more effort, isolation is something to be guarded against, informal conversations need to be recreated deliberately.

We don’t pretend to have a perfect model but after years of working remotely, one principle remains central to the way TSplus operates:
👉 Hire people you trust. Give them a clear direction. Then give them room to deliver.

If someone uses your software every day, spots a recurring friction point and takes the time to suggest an improvement, that conversation has value.
