#peoplesrag Durant ces années, nombreux seront les DJ's ("grands" et "petits") qui nous ont fait le plaisir de venir mixer leurs sons favoris chez "People's".
Crée en juillet 1991, People's Rag est alors une petite boutique dans le coeur historique de Montpellier qui propose une selection de fripes importées US, triées et présentées comme des collections. Cette offre atypique s'enrichira très vite de produits d'import US comme Stüssy et Fresh Jive, marques californiennes qu' Olivier Sudre fondateur principal de People's Rag a connu au cours de ses années d' études cinématographiques à Los Angeles. People's Rag deviendra vite un lieu de passage obligé de tous les fans de "vintage" et une plateforme de représentation des pionniers de la"mode urbaine" tels que Sessùn, Home Core, Lady Soul, YMC, Daniel Poole...et plus particulièrement les marques Geda et Epure, crées et développées avec le styliste Gérald Rossi sur les marchés français et internationaux de 1994 à 2003. Par la position que tient alors Montpellier sur la scène musicale, People's Rag deviendra naturellement un partenaire privilégié des manifestations locales et régionales telles que Boréalis ou Attitude. Aujourd'hui quelques années plus t**d People's Rag a grandi, a changé de format et s'est déplacé dans un autre lieu, mais "People's" n' a pas vieilli! Au travers de ses 3 étages, la présence de collections plus haut de gammes (APC, Surface to Air, Roberto Collina, Trovata, Les Prairies de Paris...) associées à l' héritage des marques urbaines, permet de répondre aux attentes de la clientèle de toujours mais aussi à celles de ceux qui naissaient quand People's Rag fut crée.
