DAYO is a casual Filipino pop-up restaurant in the heart of Paris founded by foodpreneur/cuisinière, Sharisse Enriquez. Co-founder/Chef Jonas Toledo leads the kitchen, dishes are inspired by seasonality featuring good-quality local and international produce while using modest and French techniques. We strive to make Filipino cuisine gain more recognition worldwide for its delicious flavor blend from Asian and Western influences in the early years.
