I DON’T Care about the number of followers.
If only I received a penny for every Dm or email from social media guru on how how much to pay in order to gain more followers.
I am so not interested in vanity metrics.
The game is very simple.
If you show up in wright time with good and valuable content and actually care for your audience, understand the creative and customer journey you will have numbers you deserve.
If you are late to the game, rules will change and you will have to play accordingly.
But here is the number I care for.
As my reel recently went viral, the amount of negative comments was slightly surprising. This deliveres on 2 things.
1: gives me an information where new audience is lacking the information so the content can be structured in ways more good and positive is pushed back. Because I do not exchange or transact with negative)
2: I am starting to understand actions deployed by my industry, and why this behavior perpetuates.
Overall, higher number in eyeball attention means information on how to serve better = more work.
Because …..
What is important is to A: value community you already have, and B: ask yourself what your member is gaining from following you.
Followers are just a numbers, humans, you must nurture and care for them if you wish to have them in your community.
It is your genuine audience that trusts you, is there for you and supports you as you support them. The real care and genuine interest matters.
It will always matter.
So now, I will created content on explaining what is happening in the performance and how to understand art expression as seen on Instagram reel.
Focus on numbers that make you better in service no celebrity for vanity.
