29 years around the sun. The last year of my twenties.
28 was the culmination of the hardest moments of my life, I’ve experienced more near death experiences than a normal human being, years and years of trauma, battled ptsd, depression, loss and anxiety. Saw my family and country go through wars and hardship. I’ve started over more than I can count and if I had to go through it again I would go head on. Those experiences allowed me to find myself, something that never happened to me, I’ve healed in ways I didn’t know it was possible to heal, I’ve challenged myself so much and still today with 5 bucks under my name and a job that my family thought it was a phase i’ve never been happier. All of this to say (even if you think it’s cheesy it’s true) that you need to trust that you are where you’re supposed to be, that you need to love so strongly you heart could explode, live as free as you can, cherish everything around you from your best friend to the sound of the birds in the morning, spend your money, go to the date, wear the short even if we can see your tummy, give back always, say I love you to everyone you love and just smile always and to everything that comes at you baby Lyss 🤍 we tend to forget how blessed we are in life and take everything for granted even when the next minute is never a given which makes us forget how to live and love properly.
