Discover a glimpse of Merle Breuker ‘s universe as part of A Bunch of Designers.

Merle Breuker is a young fashion designer from the Ruhr area, who completed her fashion design studies at the Akademie Mode & Design in Dusseldorf.

Today, Merle is developing a new concept for designing and using garments through an experimental project entitled The Lasting, where all pieces are created from dead-stock materials sourced from the European market and produced in limited quantities in Italy and Germany. At the heart of the project is the idea that garments with convertible designs and interchangeable elements grow with the wearer, helping them to slow down and feel better in their own skin.

is an Italian fashion designer whose project, E ART H – Earth as Art, explores the relationship between nature, art and contemporary research. Through digital transformation, natural forms, structures and textures become a distinctive design language, redefining nature as the new luxxury.

Founded in Rome in 2019, the brand combines refined Made in Italy craftsmanship with an interdisciplinary research practice, where nature itself is a constant co-creator alongside artists and creatives, translating its forms, structures and intelligence into wearable creations. Produced in limited quantities using carefully selected materials, each collection reflects a philosophy of responsibility, longevity and measured growth.

Raised on a farm in La Creuse, France, Manon Marcelot transforms rural references into contemporary leather goods through her distinctive vision of Agricultural Sophistication.

A Maître Artisan in leather craftsmanship and a Hyères Festival finalist (2021), she previously worked for leading French luxury maisons before launching her own brand.

Crafted from deadstock leathers sourced from French and European tanneries, her collections are produced in limited quantities in France and Spain.

Marking the next chapter in Alber Elbaz’s legacy, this new collective initiative supports six emerging designers from AZ Academy: Business for Designers, as they take their next steps from education to business reality.

This September, their journey comes to life through their collective commercial activation during Paris Fashion Week.

The initiative is proudly joined by , AZ Factory “Amigo” and member of the AZ Academy admission jury, who joins as ambassador, embodying the spirit of transmission at the heart of the project.
