I am Abraham Papikyan, a contemporary glass artist based in Paris.
Born in Yerevan, Armenia, I came to Paris driven by one vision: to create a form of art unlike anything that already existed.
Entirely self-taught, I developed my own technique through years of experimentation — creating portraits on glass through controlled hammer strikes and fractures. Where others see destruction, I see the beginning of an image.
Today, I am the only artist in France working with this technique.
