Last night at Coco, we talked AI, new ways of working and the leaders of tomorrow — but most importantly, we had a really good night. 🤖🍷

Great conversations, new faces, plenty of exchanges and exactly the kind of energy we love at Coco.

A big thank you to Mariella Borghi, Elisabetta Alicino and Valentina Di Michele for the talk, and to everyone who joined us last night.

See you very soon for the next CocoTalk. ✨

🤖 Who trains your future leaders when AI does the junior work?
Cohabiting with AI: hybrid workflows, governance, and the leaders of tomorrow

AI now drafts, analyses and executes tasks that once trained junior employees.

That creates a real paradox: if we automate the tasks people used to learn from, are we also removing the experience future experts and leaders need to grow?

For our next COCO event, Mariella Borghi, Elisabetta Alicino and Valentina Di Michele will discuss how companies can embrace AI without hollowing out learning, judgment and leadership.

We’ll explore:
→ what to automate — and what not to
→ how to redesign onboarding and hybrid workflows
→ where human judgment still creates real value
→ how today’s AI choices will shape who runs companies tomorrow

🌇 Where to go after work in Paris

September means back to work — but also back to seeing friends, long apéros and Paris evenings.

Here are a few places to keep in mind when someone asks: “What are we doing tonight?”

🍻 Point Éphémère

📍 200 quai de Valmy, Paris 10

For drinks by Canal Saint-Martin, concerts and a rooftop overlooking the canal.

🌅 Rooftop Nijinsky — Théâtre du Châtelet

📍 1 place du Châtelet, Paris 1

Cocktails, tapas, DJ sets and panoramic views over Paris. The rooftop stays open until September 21.

🌊 Chez Alex

📍 Port de la Conférence, Paris 8

For drinks by the Seine, with cocktails, sharing plates and views of the Eiffel Tower.

🎷 Le Ba**er Salé

📍 58 rue des Lombards, Paris 1

Start the evening with a cocktail, then stay for a live jam session. In September, the Monday Jam takes place every Monday from 9 PM to midnight, mixing jazz, soul, swing and electronic influences.

⛵ Rosa Bonheur sur Seine

📍 Port des Invalides, Paris 7

For drinks directly on the Seine while September evenings are still mild.

🍸 Rooftop de La Fondation

📍 40 rue Legendre, Paris 17

A rooftop above the Batignolles with cocktails, tapas and 360° views across Paris — a good alternative to the city’s more obvious rooftop spots.

🎭 Centquatre-Paris

📍 5 rue Curial, Paris 19

Exhibitions, performances, dance and events inside one of northeast Paris’ major cultural spaces.

Our tip: September means everyone is back in town. Check each venue’s programme and book ahead when possible.

In Paris, the evening often starts when the working day ends. ✨

Watching an eclipse over Paris from the city’s rooftops — it’s hard to imagine a better setting for such a rare phenomenon.

Dinner, rooftop views, and one of those moments you don’t get to experience every day.

That’s also what living in Paris is about: sometimes being in the right place, at the right time. ✨

🏛️ There’s something special about Paris in the summer.

A quiet room, someone sketching. Rooftops stretching as far as the eye can see. The riverbanks slowly coming to life as evening falls. ✨

La dolce vita, Parisian style: slowing down, observing, and enjoying every moment. 🤍

What’s your favourite moment to wander through Paris in the summer?
