Proengin
Chemical and Biological detection sytems using a unique AP4C technology. We are proud to support bot
Proengin is a leader in Flame Spectrophotometry technology (FPD) ) which covers a full range of chemical and biological threats for military, first responders, HAZMAT, and police users. This field proven technology provides a fast and reliable alarm for traditional Chemical Warfare Agents (CWAs), Toxic Industrial Chemicals/Toxic Industrial Materials, 4th generation agents, binary agents, and opioids with the lowest false alarm rate in the market. PROENGIN solutions are utilized in more than 70 countries and on 5 continents.

๐ด Weโre live!
Our webinar with Emergency Response TIPS is now underway, exploring how unmanned systems can extend CBRN reconnaissance while keeping operators at a safer distance.
Weโre discussing how to move from simply carrying a detector on a drone to building a useful operational capability: reliable detection in flight, geolocated alerts, real-time data transmission and a clearer operational picture for teams on the ground. ๐โฃ๏ธ
Couldnโt register in time?
๐ฅ Stay tuned. The webinar replay will be available soon.

๐๏ธ Ready for the heat. Ready for the dust. Ready for the unexpected.
Our team member Luke Sloan is out at Burning Man in the Black Rock City Fire Department team and helping keep crews prepared for potential chemical threats with our AP4C.
Great to see the AP4C staying operational, reliable, and ready when it matters. โ

๐ A new Proengin capability page in GICATโs Eurosatory 2026 brochure!
This year again, drones, robotics and unmanned systems were in the spotlight at Eurosatory.
Several of our CBRN solutions for unmanned platforms were exhibited during the show, including integrations with HEXADRONE and DRONE VOLT.
Weโre now sharing our dedicated capability page in the GICAT Eurosatory 2026 brochure, where you can discover more about our approach to integrating CBRN detection into drones and robotic platforms.
And if you want to go further, join us in just a few days for our upcoming webinar dedicated to CBRN detection with drones and robotics. ๐๐ค

DRONE VOLT Hexadrone
๐ซ๏ธ No filter. No sample preparation. Real-time aerosol detection.
Aerosol threats arenโt just vaporsโthey can travel as liquid droplets or solid particles.
Proenginโs flame spectrometry technology draws ambient air directly into the hydrogen flame, where aerosol particles are vaporized and analyzed in second, without an upstream filter, particle collection or preconcentration stage.
โก Fewer steps between the airborne threat and the alarm.
๐ฅ Watch the video to see how Proengin detects gases, vapors and aerosols in real time.

๐ฏ Effective CBRN detection starts with effective training.
During Exercise Archipelago Endeavor 26 in Sweden, U.S. Marines and the Swedish Home Guard 296 CBRN Platoon trained together to strengthen their preparedness for CBRN threats.
The AP4C-SIM, with simulation capabilities developed by Argon, was used during the exercise to support training on the AP4C detector in realistic field conditions.
Simulation allows operators to become familiar with their equipment, practice procedures and build the reflexes needed before facing a real threat.
๐ Thank you to the U.S. Marines and the Swedish Home Guard 296 CBRN Platoon for sharing these images from the exercise!
Training builds awareness. Awareness strengthens readiness.
