This June, 82 women took their first steps into the world of tech through our Pathway programmes in France 🇫🇷 and Italy 🇮🇹

Eight weeks of honing digital skills, exploring career paths, and imagining new possibilities.

The journey has just begun ✈️

Sistech was at VivaTech this weekend, and what an edition! 🍾

Amid the buzz of AI, quantum computing, and startups reinventing tomorrow, it was the human connections that stayed with us.

On Saturday, our board member Safia Tmiri joined the panel «When Banking Acts for Inclusion,» alongside BNP Paribas and Des_Codeuses. The conversation centered on one strong conviction: women’s place in tech is built collectively. By daring to step forward, leaning on networks and mentorship, and breaking down stereotypes.

A huge thank you to BNP Paribas for the one-on-one mentoring sessions offered to Fellows. Concrete advice, genuine listening, and real shared experience. 👏

Thank you also to Orange France for welcoming us to your stand as part of Hello Women. Meeting your role models reminded the Fellows of something essential: their place is here, too. Your warmth and care made all the difference.

And above all, thank you to the Fellows. Your curiosity, courage, and energy were the true heart of these two days. You didn’t just attend VivaTech, you claimed your place in it.

See you next year, VivaTech. 🌸
