TROUBLEMAKERS turns 18 this year.

The age when you’re supposed to become an adult. So we did what responsible adults do: we cleaned our room.

Jackflash. Eliotness. Troublemakers. Three labels, three logos, three websites, and one answer whenever people asked « what’s the difference between them all? » An awkward silence followed by a shaky metaphor.

So here we are. From now on, everything we do for brands lives under one name: TROUBLEMAKERS. Everything we do in long format, series, documentaries, films and original IP moves under a new banner: TROUBLEMAKERS ORIGINALS.

Jackflash and Eliotness are quietly waving goodbye. My two sons Jack and Eliot will probably never forgive me! It was good while it lasted but the time is now!

Between now and October 1st, our actual 18th birthday, we’ll be sharing a number of announcements marking this new chapter. We’re starting today with a new visual identity designed by . For the rest, you’ll have to wait.

Far from the hustle and bustle of city life, this film invites us to focus our attention on the simple poetry of nature that often escapes our notice.

Both graduates of Supinfocom, Burcu & Geoffrey began making films together whilst studying. This talented young duo is made up of Burcu, a young woman from Istanbul with a passion for illustration and design, and Geoffrey, from France, who has a passion for 3D animation and all the technical aspects of this art form. Together, these two enthusiastic directors create 3D animations that combine rich detail and colourful worlds with a highly graphic 2D look.

Since joining Troublemakers 8 years ago, they have animated and directed a host of films, including campaigns for the Alhambra range for jewellers Van Cleef & Arpels, in which they have established an elegant and singular style. Their animations are bursting with life, featuring a host of animals in richly detailed settings.
