I’m reaching out with something a little different…

As part of my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I’m looking for some kind volunteers to help me practise teaching and give honest feedback as I continue developing and growing in this new space.

So, if you’re free next Sunday afternoon, I’d love to invite you to join me in Guildford for a complimentary yoga class.

This feels very different from teaching Reiki (which now feels second nature after all these years!) and, if I’m honest, stepping into something new and being a beginner again feels a little vulnerable. But growth lives outside our comfort zones — so I’m putting myself out there and asking for support.

In return for your time, you’ll receive:

✨ A relaxed and welcoming yoga class

✨ The chance to help shape future classes through your feedback

All I ask afterwards is a little honest feedback — what worked well, what you enjoyed, and anything that would help me improve.

Make your soul a better space. Make the world a better place.

And this, my dears, is why you just have to keep trusting, keep being grateful and keep trying to be a good human (kindness, morals, integrity).
They say karma is a b*tch...
Why? Most probably because she doesn't show you what happens to those who harmed you when you want to see it.
But do you even need to see it? Really?
I'd much rather focus on appreciating the many little blessings that sprinkle our every day lives - the fun chat with the teller who says you have an amazing energy and brightened their day, the person who says you have a beautiful smile and loves your laugh (after you'd been told for too many years "please don't laugh so loud, you're too happy" (🤨), the dog who (over)enthusiastically greets you... simply because you entered its orbit 🤣
The past does NOT deserve to join us on our journey, but it absolutely deserves to be reminded how much happier we are without it, and, to be honest, how grateful we are to it for the lessons it taught us...
Because life is SO beautiful when you realise what pure gold simple happiness, love, respect and peace are.
I'm so f8g grateful for my life.
It may be simple, but it is abundant with love, kindness and laughter.
Just. Be. Kind.
Just. Be. Grateful.
Just. Be. Better.
(Not "try"... that's a narcissist's excuse)
