What an unbelievable experience 🍻

Was a bit apprehensive about playing at the Fleadh in Belfast over the weekend, as I pretty much play zero Irish trad in my set and that's what I assumed the festival was all about 🎶

Was absolutely blown away by the crowd reception to my normal party set and as a musician, it was a dream come true to play to that number of people for 2hrs solid🎸

To me onstage looking out, it was just such a positive atmosphere and was so great to see all communities come together and having a great time ❤️

This kid Michael Joseph McColgan from Ballyshannon showed up to our "Open Mic" on Saturday as part of the 7 Hills Blues Fest and absolutely blew everyone away 🎸

Potentially, the next Rory Gallagher and definitely a name to watch out for 🎶 😎

Just want to say a massive big well done to every single student who performed at one of our events for the 7 Hills Blues Fest over the weekend; from the Busking Trail, the Live Lounge to the Open Mic 🎶

You put so much work into your set-lists and performances and were all absolutely amazing and should be very proud of yourselves 🏆

Big shout out also to everyone that helped out over the weekend; Dolan Byrne, Matthew Lennon, Joe McGinley, Dave Mulgrave and Sarah Vallely. To Tony Mckeown from the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council and to every staff member in The 4th Wall Armagh 👏

The weekend came to an epic end for myself personally, by playing a special show in The Thirsty Goat Belfast last night, to officially mark the very first day of the Fleadh Cheoil 2026 in Belfast City 😎
