Not the result we would’ve hoped for, but it was great to finally get back out there and get some valuable game time under our belts ahead of the official season start on 26th September! 💪🔥

Words from the Coach 🗣️
Firstly, thanks to Romford for coming down and giving us a good run out. We knew that we were going to be rusty and so it proved - the squad got useful minutes out on the park and bodies use to taking the hits which was great. As always, things to work on which we will be doing over the coming weeks but all in all, a positive day for the squad to build on
