We were delighted to coordinate this learning visit for our peers in Malta when they came over to Plymouth and visited a number of Small Support organisations. Funded by the European Social Network.
What keeps great leaders in social care?
Often, it's not a promotion or a new job title. It's the chance to make a real difference while staying connected to the values that brought them into the sector in the first place.
Radical Roots is for leaders who want to challenge thinking, influence change and develop new approaches, without losing sight of what matters most to people.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Fully funded.
Coaching, peer support and learning.
For values-driven leaders in social care.
No obligation online information session 27 October 3pm-5pm

Graphic: Brightly coloured slides which say: The social care sector doesn't need leaders who fit the system. It needs leaders who can change it.
