The world’s most valuable Matcha has disappeared… and we need your help to get it back.

Join us for Operation Green Gold - a 60-minute escape room-style experience combining movement, teamwork, physical challenges and problem-solving.

You’ll work together, follow the clues and take on a series of challenges. But exactly what awaits you inside? You’ll have to come along to find out.

And when the mission is complete? Matcha, of course. 🍵

HOW TO BREAK UP WITH THE WALL - HS Workshop

Join Bryony for a 90-minute handstand workshop designed to help you finally break away from the wall.

We’ll cover how to bail safely, helping you build the confidence to take the next step in your handstand practice. You’ll also learn proper kick-up technique, refining the way you approach your handstand rather than simply kicking up and hoping for the best!

We’ll take a closer look at shoulder placement, hand position and pelvic alignment, giving you the foundations and good form you need to feel confident, controlled and ready to break up with the wall.
