DANTE THE PILGRIM AND I {ABOUT}
Canto I

DANTE THE PILGRIM:

Midway along the journey of our life
I woke to find my self in a dark wood..." "...How I entered there I cannot truly say,
I had become so sleepy at the moment
when I first strayed, leaving the path of truth

but when I found my self at the foot of the hill...”
“.... I raised my head and saw...." Everything tasted sweeter when my colours had dried. Everywhere echoed purposefulness when the salt touched my senses. The end result was not conceivable. The truth to me became illegible .
