Our South Area Homelessness Local Area Group met last week at our Armagh office. Each organisation gave an update about their work, with opportunities to learn from each other and ask questions.

Housing Rights spoke to us about their housing mediation service, which helps resolves disputes between private tenants and landlords. They also provide a mediation service for young people.

It was great to welcome Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council, Extern Charity and Southern Health and Social Care Trust.

Our Homelessness Local Area Groups in the South West, Mid Ulster, Ards and North Down, and South Down will also meet this month.

Sometimes it can be hard to prove why you should get certain points. We can help explain which points you can get and why. Our advisers may also be able to help find ways to get more points.
