CN Sports Blues U12’s hosted FC Rangers Blacks U12’s in Saturday’s league match. There was some amazing football on show, the blacks were firing on all cylinders hitting the back of the net freely and went on to win their second league match 8-2. So proud of all the lads putting in 100% effort in to the game reaping the hard work with the second win of the season putting us at the top of the league. We’re hoping we can continue this throughout the whole of phase one. Come on FC Rangers Blacks!

We’re currently putting the feelers out to see how much interest there would be in an FC Rangers U10 Girls team.
Our main age group would be girls in Year 5, with Year 4 girls also welcome to join and play up. 👧⚽
Games would be played on a Sunday.
At the moment, this is just an express of interest — nothing is confirmed. We’re simply looking at numbers and seeing how many girls we could potentially get together to make a team happen.
If your daughter is in Year 5, or Year 4 and would be interested in playing up, please drop us a message and let us know.

For the last 8 weeks one of our coaches has been working hard with some of the clubs young goalkeepers.
With 14 goalkeepers over 2 nights a week, Ryan has given them all the tools they need to be ready for the season ahead.

Ryan: “I spent a lot of time with the keepers working on perfecting the basics of goalkeeping, so that when they go out onto the pitch, they can give themselves the best chance of making those saves. It’s been a great 8 weeks and the difference in them is incredible. I’ve had messages from the parents and managers thanking me after games because of the the improvements on the pitch.”

Once the season starts Ryan will be hoping to work with the keepers some more and help by identifying further areas for improvement.

He will be looking to reintroduce the goalkeeping school next summer which will be open for all FC Rangers goalkeepers that want to take advantage of the opportunity.
