We can’t promise you enlightenment, but we can promise hand-crafted, fresh, delicious food and a very good vibe.

Our Agedashi Tofu is a total crowd pleaser: silky soft tofu lightly coated in cornflour, fried until perfectly crispy on the outside, then served in a warm, savory dashi sauce packed with umami. Topped with the classic garnishes, it’s light, comforting, and seriously addictive. 
Whether you’re a tofu fan or just exploring Japanese flavors, this is the perfect starter or side to balance richer dishes. Vegetarian-friendly and full of texture!

Today is Moshimo’s 2nd Cat Wednesday! 🐱
