Follow on from the previous post..... reality of the work in progress...

Recent renovation completed for a returning customer - phase 2 of their house renovation finished ✔️

After moving the utility room upstairs last year, it allowed us to open up the old kitchen and utility into one large, bright space with plenty of storage throughout.

After removing the dividing wall and creating the opening for a large bi-fold window, we made sure everything lined up perfectly for the worktops and for Karl Fudgell at Access All Areas to fit the window. It’s completely transformed the space, bringing in loads of natural light and opening up the room

Opening up these two rooms and allowing for the large window also required two steels. When dividing the rooms we ensured this steel was hidden above the ceiling so we could still fit the tall larder cupboards.

We then got to work installing the customer’s new kitchen, including a large pantry cupboard, bespoke storage for shoes and coats, Quooker tap, and the extractor and splashback hidden within the breakfast bar.

Plenty of LED throughout (for a customer who LOVES lights)

Finished off with a stunning WC that ties in perfectly with the kitchen and matches the upstairs bathroom we recently completed

Really happy with how this one turned out, a stunning finish and a great space for the customer to enjoy 💥

Another staircase transformation completed! ✨ We replaced the old bannister and balustrades with sleek wrought iron, and added stylish panelling to give the staircase a fresh new look

We’ve just wrapped up this utility room project, and we’re really pleased with it. It has a bright, open feel with a bespoke cupboard built to fit above the stairwell, making smart use of an awkward space.

This one was for a returning customer, and we’re always happy to be asked back. Even better when the customer is happy with the result too, she said she spends all her time in here 🤣🤣

For this project, we replaced the standard wall with a stylish tinted glass partition — creating a seamless connection between the bedroom and ensuite. Creating a sleek space that really shows off the feature lighting and opens up the room beautifully.
We’re really pleased with how it turned out, and so is our customer!

Just finished this staircase project, swapped out the old woodwork for fresh oak. Clean, modern, adding warmth and style to the space.

Another Bathroom transformation we just completed at KPlan! We brought our customers vision to life, with some smart design adjustments along the way. Moving the door and installing a pocket door took a bit of extra effort but the stunning end result was worth it!
