There are many kinds of barbecued pork in Asia, the most classic is the barbecued pork in Guangdong, China, and also in Hong Kong. Preserved and baked in honey sauce, this char siu is the most fragrant. There is also the chef's elaborate fried pork, which is fried with Guangdong sesame oil until the skin is golden brown, fat and thin, retaining the original pork taste in one bite, and the crispy skin is not lost in chewiness.

Eels and turbot. The unique Chinese eel practice keeps the delicate taste of the eel meat. Unlike Japan, the Chinese style is more about the flavor of the fish itself. The turbot is steamed, and the smell of the sea hits you. Finally, ginger is used to enhance the flavor.

The romance of Chinese food, Chinese gourmets have always been committed to sublimating the taste while integrating the elements of ancient Chinese royal family into it. The ingot that everyone craves, the lotus that makes people move... And that's just fruits and vegetables.🍉🪷
