🏡 Maindy, Cardiff — Project Complete

Another one across the line for C&M Developments — and what a transformation this has been.

We’ve recently completed this single-storey extension and full internal refurbishment, completely changing the way this family home looks, feels and works.

The project included a new roof, high-spec kitchen, open-plan living space, underfloor heating, heritage-style doors and a beautiful box window with oak window seat.

We also brought in Oakes Interiors for the bespoke alcove cupboards, understairs storage and oak window seat, adding those finishing touches that really bring the space together.

Outside, we transformed the garden with a new porcelain patio and 2x1 slatted timber fencing, creating a great outdoor space to complement the new extension.

A massive thank you to my team for all the hard work on this one, and to Oakes Interiors and all the trades and suppliers involved.

Great clients, great project and another home completely transformed. 🔨🏡
