Bird poo isn’t just unsightly, it can become permanent. 🐦☀️
One of the biggest problems we see on solar panels is bird droppings that have been left too long.
As they sit in the sun, they can bake onto the glass and calcify, becoming incredibly difficult to remove. The longer they’re left, the more stubborn they become, and they can block sunlight from reaching your panels, reducing their efficiency.
That’s why regular cleaning is so important. It’s much easier (and more cost-effective) to remove fresh deposits than to deal with hardened, calcified bird droppings months later.
Don’t wait until it’s baked on, keep your panels clean and performing at their best. ☀️
What do you get when you combine:
☀️ A heatwave
🏠 95 properties
👥 68 staff
📦 Hundreds of students moving in and out
😵 Very little sleep
Answer:
Absolute chaos……..handled professionally.
While hundreds of students were moving out, our team was moving non-stop. All while working through some of the hottest days of the year. No complaints. No slowing down. Just 68 absolute machines making it happen! 🫱🏼🫲🏽
Safe to say………if hard work burned calories, we’d all be invisible by now.
Massive respect to our team of superheroes.
You lot are built differently 💪🏼
(Although superheroes probably get air conditioning.)
Proud is an understatement 🔥
If you’re looking for a pro, try Optimo!
A proud moment for us this week.
We had the privilege of being invited to speak at the Cardiff Landlord Forum about something we know inside out, helping landlords manage efficient student property turnarounds.
When you work in an industry every day, you sometimes forget how much specialist knowledge and experience you’ve built over the years.
To be asked to stand in front of a room full of landlords and share our expertise was a real honour, and a reminder of how much trust people place in us and the work we do.
Student turnaround periods can be demanding, fast-paced, and stressful and getting the cleaning and preparation right makes all the difference.
We’re proud to be the team landlords trust when it matters most.
