What’s one tool everyone should use when designing and innovating?

A whiteboard and marker. Simple, but effective.

It can be tempting to jump straight into finding a solution, but sometimes the best ideas come from stepping back, gathering people around a whiteboard and working through the challenge together.

Virtual whiteboards have their place, but there’s still something powerful about a group of people sharing ideas, moving things around and making changes in real time.

Sometimes, the simplest tools are still the best.

AI can deliver impressive results, but impressive doesn’t always mean accurate.

When one system appeared almost too successful, it took a human to stop and ask: “Hang on, is something not quite right here?”
